Jana Kramer hospitalized

(WENN) - Actress/singer Jana Kramer was hospitalized on Saturday after developing a high fever.
The former One Tree Hill star, who has since carved out a career as a country singer, was due to perform in West Palm Beach, Florida, but she began feeling sick before taking to the stage at a country Christmas concert.
In a post on her Twitter page, she wrote:
My how the day has changed. I am now sick with 101 fever and getting ready for this show is a challenge.

Kramer cut her set short and was taken to a nearby medical facility, but she continued to keep fans updated on her condition.
She tweeted:
I'm so sorry West Palm I had to cut my set short and had no voice! Ill make it up to y'all I promise! Thanks for helping me thru this bug!

Kramer was discharged from the hospital on Sunday, her 29th birthday, but pulled out of playing a show in Tampa, Florida that evening in order to recover.
Returning to Twitter, she explained to fans:
Terribly sorry I'm missin the show tonight in Tampa. I got out of the hospital this morning &still really sick. I will make it up to y'all.
