A guy from East St. Louis, Ill was plotting to murder a man who wanted to hook up with his wife.
The best part: he planned to frame the cat.
He was going to force the man into a hot tub and electrocute him by tossing a radio into the water.
He was going to toss the cat in too, hoping cops would think the cat knocked it in and the whole thing was an unfortunate accident.
Somehow he was caught and he could now get 20 years in federal prison.
