Two guys involved in a feud happen to share the same last names as the successful pop duo, Hall and Oates.
Robert Oates bit his neighbor, Scott Hall, in the face.
Hall refused to testify on Oates' behalf as a witness in an upcoming trial.
Oates also resisted arrest, which led police to use a Taser on the 48-year-old. He was also "highly intoxicated and yelling."
Hall had wounds to his face, with a "chunk of skin" torn off. He's going to be okay.
