An Australian toddler found a nest of eggs in his yard and took them in his bedroom only to have them hatch out the second deadliest snakes on earth.
After finding the eggs in the yard he asked his mom for a container to put them in.
She forgot about it until a few weeks later when she found the container along with seven live baby eastern brown snakes in his closet.
The eastern brown snake is one of the world’s most venomous.
Fortunately the little guy had clamped the lid of the container down firmly and they snakes weren’t quite big enough to push it off and escape.
They took the snakes to a wildlife sanctuary where they were released into the wild.
