Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler has nasty feet!
He was snapped on the beach during his recent family vacation in Hawaii.
Steven's toes became deformed and swollen after 30 years of performing intense stage routines. The problem was he did all of that in shoes that were way too small for his feet.
He has undergone surgery to treat the damaged toes but they aren’t a pretty sight, regardless.
