A woman Denham Springs, Louisiana is fighting to keep her middle finger light display.
The woman put the holiday lights that flip the middle finger to her neighbors on her roof. She believed they stole her dog.
The city and police told her to take it down and threatened her with fines but she and the American Civil Liberties Union of Louisiana sued the city and police.
They say it is her First Amendment right to display the lights and a judge is now hearing the case.
