A teacher at a high school in Chapin, South Carolina was placed on administrative leave after he stomped on the American flag during class.
The English teacher took a flag down from the post in the classroom and stepped on that flag as part of the lesson. He apparently did the same thing in several other classes.
The school district put the teacher on administrative leave while they investigate the incident.
