A video prankster in Florida was arrested for battery after giving wedgies to people outside a movie theater.
One 'victim' told cops the man grabbed him “by the back of his pants and pulled them up hard.”
The 18-year-old suspect gave wedgies to several other victims, but that they “were too embarrassed to want to pursue charges.”
In each case, the suspect was caught “filming the crime with a camera.”
He apparently planned to put the embarrassing videos on Youtube.
