A guy in Nashville is getting famous on YouTube with a video experiment.
While his friends hid behind bushes with cameras, the 22-year-old walked up to young women and introduced himself with lines from Taylor Swift songs, like:
• "You're the reason for the teardrops on my guitar"
• "Marry me, Juliet, you'll never have to be alone"
• "I knew you were trouble when you walked in."
The guy didn't score a date, but most of the women seemed flattered - and a little confused.
The guy says he’s a big Taylor Swift fan and wanted to meet a girl that’s sweet and funny like her… so he thought a good way to do that would be trying to pick them up with Taylor Swift lyrics.
The guy did the same thing Blink-182 pick-up lines. The video earned almost a million views and the band rewarded him with free tickets to their concerts for life.
