I read the most ridiculous things about myself when people do that."

TAYLOR SWIFT doesn't write songs about her exes to get back at them . . . she does it to deal with the pain. She says, quote, "It's me sitting on my bed feeling pain I didn't understand, writing a song, and understanding it better . . . it's just something I do to feel better."

Pop star Alicia Keys says that even though she doesn't do a lot of collaborations, Miranda is on her short list.
